CAMARILLO HINOJOZA, Hugo Manuel e BARBOZA REGALADO, Claudia Daniela. Disruptive and expanded learning of the law. Traditional profession and digital culture. Sinéctica [online]. 2020, n.54, e1023. Epub 07-Ago-2020. ISSN 2007-7033. https://doi.org/10.31391/s2007-7033(2020)0054-005.
The article is the result of a thorough investigation that had the objective of knowing and analyzing the voices, experiences, and perceptions of students enrolled in the undergraduate Law program at Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez concerning their learning in online and blended courses as well as their interaction on social media. During the analysis, there was an emergence of data that supports the idea of a disruptive and expanded learning process of the law, even when in Mexico the teaching praxis of this subject is fundamentally characterized by its traditional format as it is set in the profession. A qualitative methodology with an interpretative approach was utilized and a semi-structured interview. The present work makes a reference to three fundamental axels: complexity, digital culture and ICTs, and learning processes. In conclusion, the learning of the law at the aforementioned university is also realized in an expanded and disruptive manner.
