Human migration is a complex phenomenon which involves macroeconomic causalities and effects, but at the same time produces a transversally subjective impact on persons and families. The conditions on which the individuals and families face the physic and affective separation, and the possibilities of getting some support, psychological contention or guiding, are fundamental for them to recover the functional balance in families and communities which are considered migrant expellers. This paper exposes an experience in two localities in Guanajuato state: La Venta, municipality of San José Iturbide, and El Gusano, municipality of Dolores Hidalgo, where a model of psychological intervention was implemented with the purpose to attend aspects of psicho-affective health of migrant's families, at their original communities. The goal of this psicho-educative experience was to lead the groups of women to take possession of a series of skills or tools, in order to let them get control of the psicho-affective vulnerabilities generated by the family dynamic variations, produced by migration. The paper concludes with a series of considerations about the need to create programs and policies in order to avoid that families have to face their psicho-affective vulnerabilities by their own, just with the educative means they have.
