This paper attempts to display a series of reflections on the importance of addressing the topic of socio-educational intervention since the "complex thinking" approach. Specifically, we will discuss four aspects that from our perspective are at the core of a complex view: Bordieu's Grounded Theory, inter-culture, reflexivity and action-research. We also propose that an experience of a socio-educational intervention is mainly a relationship with "the other", where the educator plays in the "other's ground".
