Resumo

This article is part of a study on the possibilities of platforms for virtual education (e-learning) in relation to the organizational learning implemented in some departments at the National University of Rosario, Argentina. The starting point was a case study based on a research/action design. Key concepts are presented, including: e-learning platforms, organizational learning, and dynamic hypermedia devices. The theoretical and practical contributions constitute collaboration for the design of virtual educational systems. The objective is to develop the potential of the university organization as a space for the generation of collaborative and collective knowledge: a place where dialogue is an outstanding strategy of collaborative participation for the construction of collective knowledge and strengthened interaction in communities of learning at the university level.
