Introduction:

scientific research and the publication of the scientific article are two closely related activities. A review was made about how to write a medical article related to the errors of writing and methodological evaluation used in the analysis of the results. 29 studies were consulted, search words were used such as: writing, Research, errors, cases, method, results, discussion, report and study habits. The first thing that is observed when a work is received for possible publication is that most researchers omit the first page, it contains vital information for the control and monitoring of their work. The keywords are wrong in general, with grammatical, spelling and writing errors, and lack of adherence in the wording of the references, as well as the absence of a letter of transfer of rights, if applicable. In general, an original scientific article consists of the so-called IMRaD structured format, which are the initials of the fundamental sections of the article. The results, and the discussion are written in wrong verb tenses.

Conclusions:

it is important to comply with the Vancouver rules, the rules for authors of the journal where the work is sent.
