In the present article, the author analyzes a topic of supreme current importance as for managerial contracts: the outsourcing, which has been constituted in an attractive business management tool to maximize benefits and to minimize costs. Among the principal topics matter of analysis is emphasized by the juridical nature, the structural characteristics, the content and the economic benefits of the contract of outsourcing, as well as his differences with the different contractual figures. Finally, the legal atipicidad is analyzed so much in Peru as abroad of this contract and there appears the need to regulate a legal frame for the managerial contracts in general (among them, the outsourcing).
