Resumen

GOMEZ-TOLOSA, María de Lourdes et al. Odonata (Insecta) from three basins of Chiapas' coast: species checklist and a new record. Rev. Mex. Biodiv. [online]. 2015, vol.86, n.1, pp.41-47. ISSN 2007-8706.  https://doi.org/10.7550/rmb.48665.

Five hundred and twelve adults of the Odonata order, which correspond to 41 species were collected. These are grouped in 24 genera belonging to the families Calopterygidae, Coenagrionidae and Libellulidae. The percentage of individuals collected was 58.54% for the suborder Zygoptera and 41.46% for the suborder Anisoptera. Expected species accumulation curves ranged from 75.6% in September to 95.2% in January. Brachymesia herbidaconstitutes the first record for Chiapas. The dominant species was Argia pulla, which was collected at all sites. Using the Morisita-Horn similarity index, species were grouped and related to the characteristics of the environment in the subregions: high, medium and low.

Palabras llave : Dragonflies; Brachymesia hervida; Costa-Soconusco Region, Mexico.
