Result show a reduction to 13 variables, identified as key competencies for knowledge transfer. The contribution of this work lies in the presentation of the MGCTC opportunity to reorient teacher training and ensure a correct transfer of knowledge, we recommend complementary research to graduates to compare and refine findings, since the limitations of this study is only the assessment of teaching.
