The work reflects on the municipal transparency actions in Sonora, based on the study of internet portals, in accordance with the regulatory framework. The work is based on the documentary and statistical analysis of the information generated for just over five years. A comparative analysis of the compliance that the municipalities carry out in terms of transparency is carried out, highlighting the before and during of this work at the time of the COVID-19 pandemic. With the objective of analyzing the regulatory compliance of municipal governments, the transparency and accountability portals of the 72 municipalities of Sonora were observed, thus allowing the level of compliance to be qualified in a timely manner, thus generating information on the current situation with which is counted in said administrations.
