The objective of this study is to highlight the importance of the Nurse in a pre and post-transplant process. The approach used is quali-quantitative through applied research with a descriptive scope, carried out based on surveys carried out on a sample of Nursing professionals. Nursing action is important in the initial management of patients undergoing transplantation, as it has the closest and permanent contact with the patient, and can perceive alterations in vital, hemodynamic and respiratory functions that are reported to the doctor; Likewise, it contributes by collaborating in the satisfaction of physiological and emotional needs.
