Labor accessibility is one of the factors that enables the integration of people with disabilities into the work environment, showing that there are deficiencies in our labor system during the health emergency (COVID-19). In the legal analysis, it was established that the legislation is very brief regarding this practice. Based on data obtained from several investigations, the level of accessibility of the workers was compared as before and after the application of workshops. In the discussion, the arguments were in favor of the workshops. It was concluded that workshops are an effective instrument to improve labor accessibility for workers, verifying that there is no legislation in Ecuador that provides for this type of practice.
