Culture must be conceived as an essential element to education, formation, improvement, and perfection of human beings. Culture must be understood as a group of living styles, and ways of thinking along the historic and social time and space. That is where education has played a main role to understanding, expressing ourselves, and communicating through several manifest human forms. Here language is specially stressed in its different forms because through it the human spirit thinks and understands.
