Faced with the increase in sexual harassment in universities, protocols should be issued for the prevention, investigation, management, mitigation, rejection and punishment of such behaviors, these instruments should provide for actions necessary to generate an equitable process for both parties and thus avoid re-victimization and that the violation of the presumption of innocence can be argued.
