Since the welfare state crisis and the emergence of globalization, there has been a resignification on the influence collective action on economic development. This change of perspective has come along with a new concept involved called governance. The present work analyses an especific case of territorial governance, el Consejo para la Produccion y el Desarrollo de Coronel Suarez (Coprodesu) in Argentina. Throughout this investigation we can see how this organization work, the different policies that the institution implemented and we can also identify their main strengths and weaknesses.
