The impact of the economic aperture process and of the remittances in the Mexico's regional growth is studied in order to estimate the effect of the economic aperture process, and controlling by the income derived from the remittances phenomenon a econometric model of transversal cut with dichotomic variables is established in order to estimate the importance of the external flows derived from the economic aperture and the regional intensity of the remittances in the regional growth. The empirical results show that in some regions there has been an intensification phenomenon of the remittances participation in the GDP per capita. On the other hand, the external commerce flows have shown a positive effect in the regional growth.
