In Mexico, commuting has been studied at intraurban scale; and the regional commuting has been less analyzed. This paper analyzes the second one through to labor flows. The document is divided in two sections: the first section presents the conceptual framework that support this paper; meanwhile the second, through the census microdata 2000 and 2010 and the intercensal survey 2015 of Mexico, makes a comparison of the labor flows at a regional scale analyze to conclude that daily mobility due to work has increased in the last fifteen years within of the Mexico’s Central Region.
