ASTUDILLO REYES, César I.. La justicia constitucional local en México. Presupuestos, sistemas y problemas. Bol. Mex. Der. Comp. [online]. 2006, vol.39, n.115, pp.9-56. ISSN 2448-4873.
In this article, the author discusses the idea of local constitutional justice from the perspective of its interaction with the federal level of government. In this way, the author examines the institutional assumptions of local constitutional justice and the principles of supremacy and rigidity contained in the Federal Constitution, to move later on towards the study of the eight federative entities that already contain norms that establish a true system of local constitutional justice. Finally, the author centers his attention on the mechanisms for the articulation of the double jurisdiction that exists in Mexico's federal system.
