Abstract: In this investigation, the problem of the validity and application of the General Law on the rights of girls, boys and adolescents, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation in 2014, was raised. The objective of the study was to warn in a qualitative and descriptive way. and analytical if the validity of the Law in question, allowed to achieve and respect the various rights of the child, including respect for an adequate life, both in administrative and jurisdictional conflicts. The methodology and level of the research was qualitative, descriptive and analytical, longitudinal (2018 to 2019) and explanatory, located in the city of Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. The results and findings of the work showed that it is possible to adapt and improve the situation of the girl or boy when the study law is applied for the sake of their special rights imposed in the reference law.
