In this paper we present the benefit of knowing the model, the guiding principles, as well as the theories that give substance and sustenance to restorative practices. These are essential for a proper development of the powers of facilitators who will be responsible for conflict management, when acting in regards to human rights of victims, offenders and members of society. It allows them to identify the place that each one of them has and the obligations inherent to the role that they can perform as members of a community facing a criminal transdisciplinary policy, inclusive and healing.
