VALENCIA CATUNTA, Ana Maria Cecilia. Regulatory Aspects of Teleworking in Peru: Analysis and Perspectives. Rev. IUS [online]. 2018, vol.12, n.41, pp.203-226. ISSN 1870-2147.
The present research seeks to show the treatment of Tele-work in Peru, a form of provision of services for the public and private sectors, in which Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) are applied, and its regulation constitutes a contribution to the citizenship, particularly for those who cannot physically move to a workplace, and for the development of teleworkers. Likewise, Tele-work is linked to the public policy of Electronic Government, transversal to all the state policies and constitutes a tool that promotes the protection of human rights and the development of the country by generating employment, optimizing productivity and improving the quality of life of their citizens.
