Resumen

GUIMARAES, Juliano Felizardo. Queer politics and abjection, or the anus as an anti-norm organ. La ventana [online]. 2020, vol.6, n.52, pp.40-69.  Epub 09-Feb-2021. ISSN 1405-9436.

In this paper I present a notion of queer as a field of knowledge whose subjects reject regulatory norms established for their bodies, whether with regard to gender, desires, sexual practices, or even more relevant, to the sexes. Taking into account the contributions of Paul Beatriz Preciado, Judith Butler, Guy Hocquenghem, Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari whose studies I regard as seminal insofar as they lay the foundations of a theory on anti-norm politics and practices. I begin the journey of this text exposing a synthesis of Foucault's theory on the constitution of knowledge/power relations, which propose political strategies that may reduce or eliminate the implementation of norms, bodily territorialities, and interdictions aimed to the regulation of the expressions of desire and gender. Therefore, I suggest, aided by the selected texts, that abject practices, especially those that regard the anus as an anti-system organ could subvert the binary order and the heterocentric logic analyzed here.

Palabras llave : queer; politic; anus; subjectivity; subversion.
