This work is a descriptive study of the pharmaceutical forms and the way of administering the remedies and medications embodied in the Libellus de Medicinalibus Indorum Herbis. 166 remedies were found, the pharmaceutical form most frequently occurred was the solution. Almost half of the pharmaceutical forms they have water in their formulation. The remedies described in the Libellus de Medicinalibus Indorum Herbis containing animals, minerals and plants as active ingredients, to a lesser extent are found bones, blood of animals, urine and feces. The plants are 86% in the pharmaceutical forms; it shows that the herbalist had an important place as a source of active principles in the mexica's medicine of the Mexican Conquest.
