We evaluated the impact of a pharmacotherapeutic follow-up service developed to 30 patients with Congestive Heart Failure, dispensed in the Principal Municipal Pharmacy Santiago de Cuba, following the methodology Dáder, adapted to the specific conditions of the investigation, in the period from January 2009 to January 2010. The impact index of clinical stability of patients was moderate while the accepted pharmaceutical interventions and the level of patient satisfaction, obtained high impact indices, so the overall impact of pharmacotherapeutic monitoring services developed was considered high.

: impact; pharmacotherapeutic follow-up; clinical stability; pharmaceutical interventions; level of satisfaction.
