The journal Ingeniería Agrícola y Biosistemas (INAGBI) publishes original scientific and technological research results. Its objective is to provide a space for the dissemination and discussion of research findings related to biological systems and agricultural engineering.
Proposals submitted for evaluation must not have been previously published, nor be in a similar process in another journal. Neither will preliminary, incomplete or inconsequential research papers be accepted.
The journal INAGBI has been published by the Universidad Autónoma Chapingo since 2009, under an open access dissemination policy (available on line). It is currently published on a bilingual (English and Spanish) and continuous (one annual volume) basis, with e-ISSN: 2007-4026. Contributions are received only through the Editorial Manager®. They are examined by a scientific committee and evaluated anonymously (double-blind modality) by peer experts.
Accepted articles will be published as “In process” once the editing and style correction process has been approved. This document will then be replaced by the final versión.

All papers must be related to one or more of the following subject areas: environment, automation, construction, energy, geomatics, machinery, simulation and optimization of biosystems, soil, agro-food technology, animal production technology, post-harvest technology and water use in agriculture. Contributions are received through the Editorial Manager tracking system, or by email: inagbi@chapingo.mx. Manuscripts are examined by a scientific committee and evaluated anonymously by expert peers. Ingeniería Agrícola y Biosistemas is an annual journal of continuous publication in electronic version. Publishing is handled by the Coordinación de Revistas Institucionales (Coordination of Institutional Journals) of the Universidad Autónoma Chapingo.
