Estudios Sociológicos is an open access scientific journal that does not charge any fee for the reception, processing or publication of academic papers.
The general principles for sending collaborations are specified below. For more deatils on the requirements for preparing a submission, it is suggested to review the Authors Guidelines section (https://estudiossociologicos.colmex.mx/index.php/es/directricesenvios)
Originality
Estudios Sociológicos only accepts unpublished manuscripts. Exceptionally, we can evaluate and edit articles published in another language. In this case, the manuscripts will be discussed by the Editor in Chief and the Editorial Board in order to determine if the contribution is of special interest for the journal.
If you wish to submit an already published article for evaluation, it is necessary to send a consultation to our email (revista.ces@colmex.mx) before any process in our Open Journal System (OJS) platform.
Exclusivity Commitment
Authors have an obligation to make sure their paper is based on original-never before published-research. Intentionally submitting or re-submitting work for duplicate publication is considered a breach of publishing ethics.
